Noreen Ehrlich

It’s no coincidence that I have a passion for racing sailboats. As a former CFO with nearly 30 years of Wall Street and business experience, I’m a natural leader and risk-taker. I have captained finance, private equity, and accounting teams to build and navigate the financial performance of multi-million dollar companies around the globe.

To succeed in such a fast-moving, sharp-thinking and demanding environment like international Private Equity, I had to maneuver constant obstacles to deliver precise results. My responsibilities as the CFO required front-to-back, start-to-finish knowledge of how to reposition companies to hit high financial targets.

To say I hustled is an understatement!

Mastery of these skills – and the investment principles I learned working alongside brilliant Ivy League executives – gave me an exclusive understanding of how to make things happen in business.

Yet, when I started my own business years ago, I learned first-hand how even incredibly talented and experienced professionals struggle to stand out and sustain real profit. I was shocked to learn that many hotshot-led practices – mine included – were barely making ends meet!

What will happen at our first meeting?

Prior to your first meeting with Noreen, she will have you fill out a comprehensive intake form, which will provide her with a background on your experience, professional goals and obstacles.

At your first meeting, you will discuss your current situation and where you want to be over the next 100 days and beyond. She will spend a good portion of that first meeting listening to your aspirations, frustrations and what your ideal outcome looks like.

From there, she will propose a plan to help define your goals, eliminate misdirected activities, and set in place a series of strategies to help you niche down your brand to attract more high-value clients.

How does the DEFY & HUSTLE coaching process work and how can I get started?

We coach in all 50 states. by phone, using ZOOM or in-person in our Greenwich, CT headquarters.

Right away, Noreen will set in place a number of basic fundamentals to start infusing in your professional and professional life. Over the next 100 days, she will create a customized plan with concrete strategies and action based on your goals and vision.

You will meet each week – sometimes more than once – and she may provide work and some light reading to complete in between sessions.

Absolutely! Everything discussed at your meetings and in communications with Noreen and her team will be kept confidential.
